Full description
A mileage log for people who drive for work. MileTrack Pro keeps a clean record of every business drive: the date, the distance and the reason for the trip. At tax time you export your whole log as a CSV and hand it to your accountant. No shoebox of receipts, no half remembered drives, no spreadsheet you stopped updating in March. HOW IT WORKS Open the Log tab. The date is already filled in with today. Type the distance, or tap one of the four presets for 5, 10, 25 or 50. Write what the drive was for, a client visit, a supply run, a job site. Save. That is the whole trip, and it takes seconds. The Trips tab shows everything you have logged, newest first, with your running total at the top, the number of trips and your average distance per trip. Pull down to refresh. Tap Delete on any row to remove a drive you entered twice. The Profile tab holds your totals, your average per trip and the month you started logging, plus the switch between kilometers and miles and the CSV export. WHAT YOU GET - A mileage log with three fields per trip: date, distance, purpose - Four one tap distance presets, so short repeat drives take a second - Kilometers or miles, switched any time, applied across every screen - A running total, a trip count and an average distance per trip - The full trip list, newest first, with delete on every row - CSV export with one row per trip and a total on the last line - A dated file you can send by email, put in cloud storage or open in a spreadsheet - Every trip stored on your own device WHO IT IS FOR Contractors, delivery and rideshare drivers, couriers, tradespeople, real estate agents, sales reps, mobile and home care workers, freelancers, and anyone self employed who claims vehicle use. If you drive for work, a mileage log is the difference between a number you can stand behind and a number you guessed in April. PRIVACY, PLAINLY Your trips never leave your phone. The app has no server to send them to, no account to create and no advertising or analytics code in it. It does not ask for your location, your contacts or your photos. When you export, the CSV is built on the device and you choose who gets it. QUESTIONS Does it track my drives automatically? No. You enter each trip yourself. The app never asks for location access, so nothing runs in the background and nothing drains your battery. Do I need an account? No. There is no sign in, no email address and no password. Open it and start logging. Does it work without a connection? Yes. There is no server to reach, so your mileage log works in a parking garage, on a plane and out of coverage. What is in the CSV? One row per trip with the date, the distance and the purpose, and a total on the last line. The file carries the export date in its name, so your records stay in order. Can I switch between kilometers and miles? Yes, on the Profile tab, and every screen shows the unit you pick. The switch changes the label, not the numbers, so choose your unit before you start logging. Is this tax advice? No. MileTrack Pro records your driving. It does not calculate deductions, it is not tax advice, and it is not affiliated with any tax or revenue agency. Your accountant applies the current rules to the record you export. Log the drive. Keep the record. Have a real mileage log when you file.
