MileClerk: Mileage Tracker

Every business mile you drive is money back at tax time — but only if it's logged and classified. Most mileage apps capture your drives automatically, then hand you a pile of unclassified trips to sort out later. That backlog is where deductions quietly disappear. MileClerk is built to kill that backlog. It captures every drive automatically, classifies most of them for you, and asks you to review only the trips it's genuinely unsure about. HOW IT WORKS • Automatic capture — drives are detected and logged in the background. No manual start/stop, nothing to remember. • Smart classification — each trip is sorted business or personal with a confidence score and a short, plain-English reason for how it was decided. • Review only what's uncertain — confident trips are handled for you. You review just the ambiguous ones with a simple business / personal / exclude choice. STAY TAX-READY • Trust dashboard — see your business drives, miles, and running deduction value the moment you open the app. • Monthly summaries — track each month's totals and see at a glance which are complete and which still need a look. • See why every trip counts — every classification shows its reasoning, so your log holds up to scrutiny. WORKS ANYWHERE Drives are captured even with no signal and upload automatically once you're back online — so nothing is lost on a job site or in a dead zone. EXPORT WHEN YOU NEED IT One tap gives you a CSV mileage log with the date, start and end locations, distance, and purpose for every drive — ready for your accountant or tax software. BUILT FOR PEOPLE WHO DRIVE FOR WORK • Realtors, consultants & home health workers — irregular schedules, client visits all over town • Electricians, plumbers & other trades — job site to job site, all day • Rideshare & delivery drivers — high volume, with business and personal miles mixed together YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS Encrypted in transit and at rest. Your trips are isolated to your account with per-user security, and your location is used only to classify your own drives — never sold or shared with third parties. WHAT IT COSTS A fraction of the cost of other mileage apps. Limited time: sign up by Sep 30th and get 3 years free. Have an idea or bug to report?
