FormFocus is a strength training tracker designed for people who want to systematically build strength and muscle. It combines a private workout journal with a full coach-client mode for those working with a personal trainer. ■ KEY FEATURES - Workout journal — log sets, reps and weight in real time. Rest timer between sets, full workout history, progress charts for every exercise. - Exercise library with real videos — every exercise comes with a technique video recorded by a real trainer, not stock 3D animation. See exactly how a movement is performed before you load the bar. - Coach-client mode — personal trainers can build plans for clients, assign specific workouts to specific days, and monitor progress. The client runs the plan inside the app and the coach sees results as sessions get completed. - AI Coach — an AI assistant that answers questions about technique, exercise selection and programming. It works in the context of your actual training — it knows your history and your goals. - Weekly goals and smart reminders — set a goal (e.g. 3 workouts/week) and the app will nudge you when you start slipping. Notifications count actual training days and show how many sessions are left to hit your target. - Workout calendar — plan your week and get a notification one hour before each scheduled session. - Progress photos — add physique photos with built-in cropping and compare them over time. - Body measurements — track bodyweight, circumferences (biceps, chest, waist, thighs, calves), BMI. - Nutrition plans — ready-made macro and meal templates for cut, bulk and maintenance. - Data export — PDF with training history, stats and progress. - Offline mode — every workout is saved locally, cloud sync resumes when you're back online. - Google Fit integration — import steps and activity. ■ WHO IT'S FOR FormFocus is built for two audiences: 1.
