Full description
PunchTime is a round timer for boxing, muay thai, kickboxing and MMA. You build the workout in blocks, say 3 rounds of rope, 6 on the bag and 2 of conditioning, save it as a routine and share it with your gym as a QR code or a short text code, so everyone trains the same session. The app keeps time, rings the bell and tells you what comes next. It needs no account and no connection. Everything is stored on your phone. It keeps ringing with the screen off or another app open. The bell lowers your music for a moment instead of cutting it, and an optional voice calls each round, the rest, the next exercise and the last seconds. With gloves on, shake the phone to pause. There are eight exercise types: rope, shadowboxing, heavy bag, mitts, sparring, speed bag, conditioning and stretching. Each block has its own round length and rest. It comes with templates (classic 12×3, sparring 8×3, technique and more), and you can save your own. If you only want rounds and rest, there is a simple timer. The streak counts the days you train. You pick your rest days, and those do not break it. History is shown by day on a calendar, and statistics by day, week, month and exercise type. Calories are estimated from the exercise, your weight and the pace you enter at the end, and each session is compared with your average. There are 21 achievements, and you can log by hand a workout you did without the app. You can share an image of a workout or an achievement and back up to a file. The timer is free, with a banner that never shows during a round. PunchTime Pro (yearly or monthly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase) adds full statistics and history, removes the ads, recovers your streak without watching a video and exports your data. In English, Spanish (Latin America, Spain and Mexico), Portuguese, French, German and Italian. Light and dark themes.
