NextAct by Kim Fulcher

Imagine obsessing about a project you’re passionate about instead of worrying about whether or not you’re going to stay married, or why no one helps you around the house. Imagine having the energy, confidence, and motivation to dust off your old dream, and do something about it instead of regretting the fact that you never did. Imagine using a proven coaching system to help you follow through, along with your own life coach, and a community of women just like you, cheering you on as you design the next chapter of your life. Welcome to NextAct - a private, empowerment community designed to help you rediscover yourself, clarify what you want, and develop a plan to go get it. Created by veteran coach and entrepreneur Kim Fulcher, this app is designed for women ready to reclaim their power from the chaos of midlife and menopause. You’ve done all the things you’re supposed to do to take care of yourself in menopause. You stopped drinking wine and eating sugar. You’re lifting weights and eating enough protein for an Olympic wrestler. You’ve done the girls' trip and the weekly walks with a weighted vest. But something still feels off. You feel an edginess. You’ve put a lot of your own dreams on hold - for a lot of reasons - over the years. That edge you feel is your authentic self nudging you awake. Menopause is not just a physical medical event. It is a mental, emotional and spiritual event that invites you to approach life in a new way. What would happen if you invested 10 minutes a day reconnecting with your core self, exploring the things that bring you pleasure, and rethinking your habits? That edginess would be replaced with excitement for your life. NextAct offers you a proven system, structured coaching and the support of a community of midlife women just like you figuring out their next chapters together. Imagine looking in the mirror and instead of noticing the newest droop or wrinkle, you notice the twinkle in your eye. That is possible. You are not too old, and it is not too late. You are in the right place, and you are right on time. Inside the app, you'll find: A simple on-demand coaching program that will help you reconnect with yourself and reignite your spark in just a few minutes a day. Moving at your own pace, you will find calm and clarity while feeling like someone finally gets you. Kim’s Slay-It-System shows you how to take control of your energy, and line your habits up with your goals. As you use it each week, procrastination becomes a thing of the past. Daily bonuses and challenges keep you motivated, and Kim shares her own entrepreneurial journey as she grows NextAct. Feeling stuck and alone becomes a distant memory. Live Monday meetings with Kim help you start your week with focus and enthusiasm, and monthly events feature guest experts teaching the latest in motivation, empowerment, entrepreneurship, and wellness.
