Diplog: Trading journal

A calm mind before every trade. Diplog starts where most trading apps don't: the moment right before you click buy or sell. A short guided breathing session — with a calming visual to follow your breath — helps you step out of impulse and into intention before you commit to a trade. The pre-trade ritual Breathe through a brief, guided meditation session (set your own duration). Then speak your plan out loud — your best-case setup and your worst-case exit. Diplog's AI listens and organizes your words into a clear, structured plan: entry conditions, targets, stop levels, and invalidation points — grounded only in what you actually said, nothing invented. After the trade, breathe again A short post-trade meditation and reflection helps you process the outcome — win or lose — before it colors your next decision. Your spoken reflection becomes a concise journal summary automatically. The journal underneath it all Every session feeds into a full trading journal: setup checklist, entry/no-entry decision, position details, P&L, and an optional chart screenshot — so each entry captures both what happened and the state of mind you were in. Build your playbook Define your own trading strategies over time and track which setups you actually stick to. Why the breathing comes first Most trading mistakes aren't about strategy — they're about the emotional state you're in when you pull the trigger. Diplog pairs a calming ritual with an honest, AI-assisted journal so you can trade with a clear head and see your own patterns over time. Diplog is a self-journaling and reflection tool, not a substitute for therapy or professional mental health care, and does not execute trades, manage brokerage accounts, or provide financial or investment advice.
