Full description

JobKompass helps newcomers to Germany turn their experience and qualifications into professional opportunities. The app guides you through a structured screening that captures your education, work experience, skills, and language proficiency. Based on your profile, JobKompass generates two documents in your native language and in German: • A personalized screening report summarizing your professional potential and recommended next steps in the German job market. • A standards-compliant German Lebenslauf (CV) ready to submit to employers, integration offices, or further training providers. An AI-powered integration assistant answers your questions about working and living in Germany — recognition of foreign qualifications, language certificates, residency permits, training paths, and more. You can upload diplomas, certificates, and other supporting documents directly from your phone. Voice input is supported for typing-free profile capture. JobKompass is built and operated by MiCT — Media in Cooperation and Transition gGmbH, a registered non-profit organization based in Berlin, Germany. The app is free, ad-free, and your data is stored exclusively on EU servers (Frankfurt). Your data is never sold and never used for advertising. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time directly within the app. Sign-in is by email one-time password (OTP) — no passwords to remember. Languages: English, German, Russian, Arabic, Ukrainian, Turkish, Farsi, and more.

What's new

Bug fixes based on direct user testing: - Birth date entry now auto-advances between day/month/year fields - Added German city/town autocomplete when entering your location - Section transition screens now auto-advance after a few seconds instead of requiring a tap - Native language list expanded with more languages relevant to migrants in Germany, now a quick dropdown picker - Fixed language search on the "other languages" screen
