Tax treatment is subject to individual circumstances and could change. Whether you’re investing towards their first home, university, education, travel or simply giving them a financial head start, starting early gives their money more time to potentially grow. The Junior ISA allowance is £9,000 per child, per tax year (2026/27). Money can't be withdrawn until the child turns 18. JUNIOR PENSION / JUNIOR SIPP Thinking even further ahead? A Junior Pension, also commonly known as a Junior SIPP, JSIPP, child pension or pension for children, allows families to think about investing towards a child’s retirement from an early age.
