It empowers field officers to access account details securely and update repayment information in real-time during borrower visits. Key Features: • Role-Based Access: Includes Head Office View for aggregate metrics, Regional Office View for specific jurisdictions, and Branch View for granular, account-level details. • Portfolio Dashboard: View comprehensive lists of SMA and NPA accounts assigned to your specific branch or zone. • Account Details: Access critical borrower data, including outstanding amounts, account classification, and contact history. • Repayment Scheduling: Record borrower promise-to-pay dates and follow-up remarks directly into the system. • Visit Verification: Generate proof-of-visit logs using geo-tagging and image capture to ensure audit compliance. Permissions & Privacy: To ensure regulatory compliance and maintain an accurate audit trail of field visits, this app requires the following permissions: • Location: Used strictly to verify the physical location of the agent at the borrower's address during a visit. • Camera: Used to capture images as proof of visit (e.g., visit reports or location context) for internal records. Security & Compliance: • Non-Transactional: This app is strictly informational. It does not facilitate, process, or execute any financial transactions, fund transfers, or bill payments. • Data Security: All data is transmitted over secure, encrypted channels in adherence to banking privacy standards.
