MetroConnect brings your New York and New Jersey commute into one app. Plan station-to-station trips, check supported live departures, and see NJ TRANSIT track assignments when available. Built-in schedules keep trip planning working underground, even without a signal. PLAN ACROSS FIVE TRANSIT SYSTEMS Plan trips using bundled schedules for NJ TRANSIT Rail, PATH, NYC Subway, LIRR and Metro-North. See transfers and walking connections between stations in one clear itinerary. Offline planning uses the schedules stored in the app. Live arrivals, track assignments and service updates require an internet connection. LIVE DEPARTURES AND TRACKS • Check NJ TRANSIT track assignments at New York Penn and Newark Penn when available. • See live NYC Subway arrivals with familiar line colors and direction labels such as “Uptown & Queens.” • Check live PATH arrivals at supported stations, including World Trade Center, Journal Square, Hoboken and 33rd Street. • See whether departure information is live or scheduled. CHECK BEFORE YOU GO • Read service alerts for NJ TRANSIT rail and bus, plus MTA subway. • Find relevant alerts with line grouping and station-aware search. • View fare estimates where supported, with coverage limits explained. • Check available delay and track updates. Bus service alerts are available. Bus schedules and trip planning are not yet supported. NO ACCOUNT REQUIRED MetroConnect is free to use, with no account or sign-in required. Location access is optional and is processed on your device to find nearby stations. Usage analytics help us understand which features work and where trip searches fail. They use a random installation ID and are sent to MetroConnect’s servers. You can turn analytics off in Settings. Schedules and live estimates may change or lag official information. Confirm important journeys and track assignments with the operating agency and station announcements. MetroConnect does not sell tickets. Purchase tickets through the relevant transit agency’s official channels.
