MYMazda Experience ID, akan memberikan pengalaman proses service yang lebih mudah dan informatif bagi pelanggan. Aplikasi ini bukan hanya sekedar aplikasi booking service seperti pada umumnya, namun banyak hal yang dapat dilakukan oleh pelanggan melalui aplikasi ini, antara lain : - Memberikan notifikasi jadwal service berkala kendaraan Mazda. - Menentukan hari dan waktu booking service melalui mobile phone pelanggan. - Memberikan akses untuk dapat menikmati fasilitas yang lebih premium di area waiting lounge Dealer Mazda. - Memungkinkan pelanggan untuk melakukan persetujuan perintah kerja (Work Order) kepada tim di bengkel untuk pengerjaan kendaraan, cukup hanya melalui mobile phone pelanggan. - Melakukan pembayaran transaksi service melalui aplikasi ini. - Melihat history service kendaraan Mazda Anda. - Melihat program-program atau promo yang update dari area penjualan maupun purna jual Mazda. Tidak hanya itu, Pelanggan yang menunggu di waiting lounge juga akan di berikan gadget khusus yang disediakan untuk masing-masing pelanggan agar dapat melihat/menikmati : - Proses pengerjaan kendaraan pelanggan di bengkel secara live melalui CCTV. - Aplikasi hiburan berlangganan, seperti Netflix, Sportify, Youtube, dan lainnya. - Informasi jaringan network Dealer Mazda dan juga informasi seputar penjualan dan purna jual lainnya. - Memilih hidangan yang diinginkan oleh pelanggan, ketika kendaraannya sedang di kerjakan di bengkel. Aplikasi ini di kembangkan dan dibuat oleh PT Eurokars Motor Indonesia, senantiasa untuk memberikan kemudahan dan kenyaman kepada pelanggan dalam hal pelayanan purna jual di Dealer Mazda.
