Full description
OpenHafith helps you memorize the Quran and keep what you have memorized. Recite out loud and the app follows you word by word, so you can practise on your own and still know where you slipped. Follow along, free • Recite from memory with the words hidden, or read along with them shown. OpenHafith listens and keeps your place on the page. • An ayah or word you skip turns red as it happens. • Speech recognition runs on your phone or tablet after a one-time download of the speech model. Your voice is not uploaded and no recording is kept. • No time limit. Read • The full Arabic text, as printed mushaf pages or ayah by ayah. • Translations you can download in many languages, with their sources credited. • Tajweed colours, bookmarks and search. • Listen to well-known reciters, streamed or downloaded for offline use. Plan and progress • Set a target, such as a juz or the whole Quran, and a finish date, and get a daily plan in minutes and ayat. • Progress shows one clear next step: the passage that most needs revision, or your next new ayat. • A map of the Quran shows what you have memorized and what is due. Recite and review with Pro • Recite a passage and get a careful review afterwards: skipped, changed and added words, each with the place to replay. • Test yourself: the app gives you a starting point from a surah, a juz or everything you have memorized, and you continue from memory. A short report comes at the end of the series. • Share a recitation with your teacher when you want feedback. For parents, and for you • A parental app lock can keep chosen apps locked until your child reaches a daily Quran goal, such as minutes read or ayat recited. It is set up on the child's device behind a parent PIN, and it needs usage access to see which app is open. That information stays on the device. • Anyone can also lock distracting apps for themselves until they reach their own Quran goal, with no PIN. • For a teen with an account, a connected parent can also turn a lock on and set its goal and hours from the OpenHafith website, once the teen allows it. The teen chooses the apps on the phone; only the settings and whether the goal is met are shared. • Children under 13 use the app without an account, and their activity stays on the device. Private by design • No ads, no tracking and no analytics. • Follow runs on your device: your voice is not uploaded. Reading, plans and progress stay on your device too. • Pro reviews send the recording to our server for checking, and it is deleted once the review is done. • Delete your data at any time from Settings. In your language The app is available in 56 languages, including Arabic, Urdu, Indonesian, Turkish, Bengali, French and Malay. Pro Pro is an auto-renewing subscription at a launch price of USD 2.99 a month or USD 24.99 a year (prices vary by country), with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Cancel at any time in Google Play → Payments and subscriptions. Terms of Use: https://openhafith.com/terms Privacy Policy: https://openhafith.com/privacy

What's new

• Sign-in fixed: email and Google sign-in work again. • Continue with Google now lets you add or create a Google account if your phone doesn't have one. • First launch asks your age, then offers sign-in (you can skip for now). • Follow no longer stops when you tap the mic twice. • Quran stop signs now sit over their word, as in the printed mushaf.
