YOU STAY IN CONTROL What you originally write is not shown to the other person. Before a reformulated message is shared, you can review exactly what they will see. If it does not represent what you want to say, you can go back and change what you wrote. Nothing is shared just because Melyara generated it. MICRO-AGREEMENTS Not every conflict needs a big solution. At the end of a Guided Pause, Melyara may suggest a small next step that both people can consider. For example: • Talk about one topic for ten minutes. • Pause if the tone escalates. • Clarify something before making a decision. • Leave a difficult subject for a better moment.
