Medrayder Distributor puts your entire pharma distribution business in your pocket. ORDER FULFILLMENT Track incoming retailer orders in real time, accept and confirm them, mark them packed and dispatched, and confirm delivery with OTP verification — all from your phone. See a daily summary of every order placed. STOCK MANAGEMENT Keep your catalog up to date with batch numbers, expiry dates, and quantities. Get alerts before stock runs low or goes past its shelf life. Bulk-upload your inventory from a spreadsheet, or add products one at a time. BUY FROM OTHER DISTRIBUTORS Running low on something? Browse the unified Medrayder catalog and order directly from other distributors on the platform — search, add to cart, and place a split order across multiple sellers in a few taps. INVOICES, DUES & FINANCING View every invoice you've issued, track what's paid and what's outstanding, and download PDFs on demand. Need cash flow before your invoices are due? Request early payment financing — get 90% of an invoice's value upfront, minus a small fee. SALES REPORTS & DASHBOARD See your revenue trends, top-selling products, and a live dashboard of orders awaiting confirmation, low stock, and receivables — so you always know where your business stands. FIELD TEAM If you run a team of sales reps, track their daily check-ins, visit logs, and performance — or if you are a rep yourself, log your own visits and orders on the go. TEAM MANAGEMENT Add staff accounts with different roles (Admin, Staff, Sales Rep) so your whole team can work from the same platform with the right level of access. Medrayder connects pharmaceutical distributors and retail pharmacies on one platform, replacing scattered phone calls and paper ledgers with live stock visibility, transparent pricing, GST-compliant invoicing, and working-capital financing — all in one place.
