It turns a busy clinic day into structured, evidence-backed patient records — dictated at the bedside, cited to the peer-reviewed literature, and ready when the patient returns. BUILT FOR DOCTORS, VERIFIED FOR SAFETY Every doctor is verified against the Indian Medical Register (NMC) or a state medical council before they can practice inside the app. Doctors submit their registration number, year, and council during sign-up. Automatic verification runs against the public NMC IMR; anything ambiguous is reviewed manually. Only verified doctors get full Ask Evidence access. CORE FEATURES Voice-first clinical notes.
