RN, LPN and LVN licences are verified with the Texas Board of Nursing; CNA, PCT and Resident Assistant roles do not require a state licence in Texas. Check-in is location-verified at the facility, so a facility knows the person they hired actually arrived. How payment works Facilities are charged for completed shifts and professionals are paid to their own connected bank account, handled by Stripe. There are no in-app purchases and no subscriptions — all payments are for real-world work. Where we operate MedProH is currently operating a pilot in Texas and is available in the United States only.
