By selecting a service provider on the map, the user will be able to view the contact number associated with that business. This allows motorists to directly contact the selected garage for assistance. The app is designed to provide a straightforward and user-friendly experience so that motorists can quickly find and connect with the right automotive service provider when needed. To access and use the application properly, users must have active mobile network coverage and sufficient mobile data. Location services should also be enabled to ensure accurate map functionality and to display nearby service providers correctly. The performance of the application depends on internet connectivity, as the map and service listings require data access to function effectively. For our partners, including garages registration is required before being listed on the Mechanic Locator app. After a partner submits their registration details, we conduct a background verification process to confirm the legitimacy of the business. This verification step is important to ensure that only genuine and properly operating businesses are included on the platform. Once the verification process is successfully completed, the partner’s business will be loaded onto the Mechanic Locator app map and made visible to motorists within the relevant area. After being listed on the map, partners will be able to receive calls and service requests directly from motorists who select their business through the application. This allows verified garages to connect with customers who are actively seeking automotive assistance.
