Intervo Live

An interval timer that does one thing and does it well. Set your work time, your rest time, your number of rounds, and go. No account to create, no tutorial to sit through, no ad banner in the middle of your plank. BUILT TO BE USED, NOT LOOKED AT During a session you are on the floor, sweating, squinting against the light. Intervo is built for that. - Huge digits, readable from a metre away and at an angle - A progress ring, and a colour change at every phase - A 3-2-1 countdown before each transition, so you anticipate instead of react - Distinct vibrations for work and for rest - Spoken announcements: "rest", "round 4", "last one" (Pro) - The screen stays on for the whole session YOUR MUSIC IS NOT INTERRUPTED Most timers cut your music at every beep. Intervo ducks it for the length of the cue, then brings it back. You keep your playlist, your podcast or your audiobook from start to finish. FOR EVERY KIND OF INTERVAL TRAINING HIIT, tabata, running intervals, core and abs, circuit training, CrossFit, strength work, jump rope, boxing and combat sports, stretching, mobility, breathing exercises. Save the sessions you come back to and find them in one tap. Plan your week with a program: one preset per slot, exportable to your calendar so the reminders come from where you already look for them. NO ADS, NO ACCOUNT No banners, no videos, no waiting screens. No account to create, no email address to hand over. Intervo works entirely offline: your presets, your programs and your history stay on your device. Anonymous usage statistics exist, to help me improve the app. They are off by default and only start if you ask for them. They never contain the names you give your presets, nor when you train, nor any advertising identifier. You can switch them off at any time in Settings. If you have Android backup turned on, your presets will follow you to your next phone, like any other app. You can turn it off at any time in your phone's settings. FREE TO TRAIN WITH Everything you use during a session is free, with no limit on length or on how many sessions you run: the timer, the audio countdown, the vibrations, the progress ring, the screen staying on, the music ducking, your progress and your badges. The free tier includes 3 presets and 1 program. The limit is shown in the app, never hidden behind a button that refuses to answer. INTERVO PRO — ONE-OFF PURCHASE - Unlimited presets - Unlimited programs - Spoken announcements during a session - Complete session history A one-off purchase, never a subscription.
