ChessTM, smart time management

Control your time. Increase productivity. Forget about the thought - “Again the day has passed, I have not done anything ...” Our ChessTM time management system will help you achieve this. Time management is not that difficult. It is based on planning the time spent instead of a strict schedule. Time management often involves strict scheduling. But it is not always possible to follow this strict schedule. All that remains is a list of things to do when the conditions are right. Often we understand how long it takes for a task, but we do not know exactly when we can do it during the day. Our system allows us to plan a list of tasks and the time we will spend on them. During the day switch from task to task by one tap. The count of the time spent will automatically done. Here are the main features: ★ Managing the list of tasks based on the time spent on them is suitable for everyone who has a lot of things to do during the day; ★ you can plan for a day, for a week, for any specific day; ★ you can copy the plan of the previous day, which is convenient during the week; ★ you can save and restore profiles with all current task data; ★ the ability to create custom tags for tasks - for example, you can use tags as assignment of belonging to a certain project and then view the statistics for the tag; ★ distribution of tasks by life sectors. The application automatically forms the wheel of life balance, based on the actual time spent. The wheel clearly shows how you distribute your time throughout life; ★ statistics for analyzing time consumption, by which you can: - to understand what time is spent; - understand how often you switch between tasks; - draw up a report on the results of the day; ★ main statistics screen in the form of a life balance wheel. You see what you are planning by life sector and what actually happens; The ChessTM system is not opposed to traditional scheduling and calendar tasks. But it can help you manage the time spent on tasks more quickly, efficiently and clearly. We would love to see ChessTM be a useful tool for organizing your life and increasing your efficiency.
