Mawashi Farm Management

Mawashi Farm Management is the working app for Mawashi's veterinary field teams and for the farm owners they look after in the United Arab Emirates. Accounts are issued by Mawashi — there is no public sign-up. FOR FIELD TEAMS • Open a visit at the farm gate and record the work as you do it: vaccinations, treatments, parasite control, lab samples, weighing, hoof trimming and shearing. • Scan or type an ear tag or RFID chip and that animal's history is in front of you. • Reproduction is covered too — pregnancy checks, breeding and deliveries. • Clock in when your shift starts and out when it ends. Location is recorded only in between, never before or after. • Photographs, short videos and voice notes attach to the record they belong to. IT WORKS WITHOUT A SIGNAL Download the day's farms, animals and reference data before you leave. Anything you record while offline waits in a sync outbox and is sent the moment you are back in coverage. Nothing is lost, and nothing has to be typed twice. FOR FARM OWNERS • Your herd, animal by animal, with the treatments and health history of each one. • Follow a visit as it happens, and read the vet's report afterwards. • Ask for an emergency visit when an animal needs one. • Invoices, payments and statements of account. • Raise a concern and follow what is done about it. FOR FARM WORKERS Reporting is done by tapping a picture rather than typing: a sick animal, a birth, a death, an empty water trough and more. Add photographs, a short video or a spoken note. It is built so that a worker who cannot read or write can still report what is happening, and the vet picks it up on the next visit. MEDICINE SAFETY Withdrawal periods are enforced by the system. An animal still inside the withdrawal window of a medicine cannot be released for slaughter, and any override is recorded with the reason and the person who gave it. ENGLISH AND ARABIC Every screen works in both languages, right-to-left included, and you can switch at any time. Mawashi Farm Management is provided to Mawashi's contracted customers and staff.
