Talk through the 3am thoughts, the worries, the overwhelm, the guilt, the loneliness, the bonding fears, and the moments that feel too small to call about but too heavy to hold alone. Mave helps you name what you are carrying, reflect on patterns, and feel less alone in the messy middle of postpartum life. Mave is not a medical provider, therapist, or crisis service. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace professional medical, psychiatric, or emergency care. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call emergency services. If language suggests urgent risk, Mave surfaces crisis resources and encourages real-world support.
