象量智能路燈管理系統為一以瀏覽器為介面的大型路燈管理系統，在進行路燈安裝作業時，須提供給安裝路燈人員一款能執行於手機，畫面簡易並便於攜帶的應用程序。 在安裝過程中，安裝人員需要借助手機本身的鏡頭與GPS模組進行燈桿外觀的拍照，藍牙控制器的地址二維碼的掃描與燈桿位置定位等操作，這些資訊的收集與設定對日後智能路燈能否正常運作居於一個重要的關鍵地位。 本工具共有兩個主要功能，一為「路燈換裝維護」，另一個為「路燈佈局圖管理」。 路燈換裝維護功能為列出所有專案內的路燈項，安裝人員可在路燈項列表裡選擇欲建立或修改的路燈項進行諸如拍照，藍牙控制器二維碼的掃描與燈桿位置定位等操作。 路燈佈局圖管理可根據篩選條件，在地圖上標示所有定位的燈桿，安裝人員可進行路燈拓撲佈局的整體檢視，並可針對地圖上所有的燈桿標示進行微調。
