Gait Analyzer

Gait Analyzer utilizes smartphone-based sensors (tri-axial accelerometer and if available gyroscope + magnetometer) in order to compute gait parameters in real-time. Parameters currently include gait velocity, step time, step length, cadence, and symmetry (more coming soon, as we continue validating!). Take a look at the app's user guide. * Single- and dual-task cognitive and gait options available. The cognitive test is currently auditory Stroop, with users asked to respond to the pitch of the word, rather than the spoken word. Outcome parameters include reaction time and accuracy. More cognitive tasks coming soon as well. * Computed gait data can be calculated over a given duration (e.g. 10 second trials), continuously until stopped, and even run all day in the background of your phone (In beta testing now)! * Save your data locally to a comma-delimited csv file or upload to Google Drive to further analyze at your convenience. * Just provide your body height and get started!
