Evacount

When the alarm sounds, EvaCount answers one question fast: is everyone out, and is everyone safe? EvaCount is a workplace safety app for building owners, employers and the people who work in their buildings. Staff confirm they are safe with a single tap. Safety managers watch a live count of who is safe, who needs help and who is still unaccounted for - from their phone, at the muster point, without a paper list. ONE TAP TO SAY YOU ARE SAFE - Get a push alert the moment an evacuation starts - Tap "I'm safe" - or "I need help" if you are injured or trapped - Mark yourself as working from home or off site so you are not counted as missing - Colleagues and floor wardens can mark someone safe on their behalf A LIVE ROLL CALL - Real-time count of safe, needs help, and not yet accounted for - People grouped by building, floor and area - Call anyone who has not responded, straight from the list - Visitors signed in on site are included, so nobody is forgotten SAFETY NEWS THAT REACHES THE RIGHT PEOPLE - Managers publish notices to an organisation, a building, a floor or a single area - Urgent notices are pinned to the top and pushed to phones - Attach a photo so people can see the hazard for themselves - Read receipts show who has actually opened a notice FIRE DRILLS AND DOCUMENTATION - Run a drill exactly like a real evacuation - Every drill leaves a timestamped record of who was accounted for and how long it took - Fire instructions, floor plans and safety documents on every phone BUILT FOR REAL BUILDINGS - Buildings, floors and areas, with access that follows that structure - Managers only see and publish to the parts of a building they are responsible for - Tenants in a shared building see only their own people - Available in English and Norwegian
