Mason33 is a twelve-year practice in thirty-three degrees. Each day names one thing to do. Not a goal, not a metric — one instruction, worth about twenty minutes. Silence. Order. Temperance. Honesty. Attention. Patience. Courage. Each degree spends months on a single quality and ends with proof that it took. The first arrives in three weeks. The thirty-third takes most of a year. WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT No streaks that reset. Miss a day and you lose the day, never the practice — tomorrow offers the one you owed, and the degree simply takes a day longer. The counter only ever rises, and a degree passes at eighty per cent of its days, because a twelve-year practice cannot be built on a number that returns to zero the first time life gets in the way. A reminder at an hour you choose, naming the practice. Optionally a second in the evening if the day is still unkept — and every one of them stops the moment you keep the day. Nothing ever arrives about a day already missed. Nothing is hidden. The whole curriculum is visible before you begin, no degree can be bought, and leaving takes one tap and no conversation. WHAT IT ASKS FOR An alias. That is all. Mason33 never asks for your real name, your phone number, your contacts or your photographs. Signing in with Google is optional and takes a single meaningless identifier — not your name, not your email — purely so your record survives a lost phone. You can practise for all twelve years without an account at all. WHAT IT DRAWS ON The curriculum is built on material the craft has taught for three centuries and which belongs to nobody: the seven liberal arts, the four cardinal virtues, and the working tools read as allegory. The gavel removes what is superfluous. The plumb tests whether a thing is upright. The rough stone is made true. Mason33 is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Freemasonry or any Masonic organisation, and makes no claim to represent one. THE RECORD Every day you keep, every degree you pass, every private evening reflection. After a decade it is the most valuable thing in the app, and you can export the whole of it as plain text at any time — including on the way out. Most people who read this will not begin, and that is a reasonable thing to decide.
