Full description
The board waits under a soft spotlight — polished timber, four staggered rows of glass pegs, a launcher swinging slowly above them. You let the ball go, and for a few seconds it stops being yours: it clips a blue peg, kicks sideways, and threads a gap you never aimed for. This is Plunko Ball, an arcade game built around that one long, unpredictable fall. Each level hides a set of orange target pegs, and clearing every one before your last ball drops is the only thing that counts as a win. The blue pegs are your material — banks to work off, clusters to tunnel through — while the green ones supercharge the ball in mid-flight and send it tearing back up the board for chain bounces no plan could produce. A bucket slides along the bottom edge, and a ball that lands inside comes back to you; the purple peg pays the largest score of the round. Forty-five levels sit across three worlds — Orchard Bounce, Neon Alley and Aurora Deep — each holding 45 of the 135 stars on offer. Between runs the game can be redressed with four menu backdrops, four board skins from warm Timber to hexagonal Neon, switches for sound and vibration, and a stats screen counting every peg you have knocked loose. The opening levels are generous and pass in a minute or two. Further in the target count climbs while the ball count falls, and the win comes from reading the field before the shot rather than firing quickly — the third star, awarded for finishing with balls in hand, usually takes a few attempts. Nothing here is wagered: no real money, no prizes, only the pegs and the balls you have left.
