Jaser Driver is the driving app of the Jaser platform in Saudi Arabia, built for two kinds of drivers: independent drivers who run their own account, and drivers employed by a licensed transport institution that manages them within its fleet. If you drive independently • You register with your mobile number, complete your documents and vehicle details, and start receiving offers once your profile is approved. • You decide whether you are online or offline, and offers reach you only while you are online. If you drive for an institution • You join your institution through an invitation it sends you, and your trips and earnings sit under its account. • Your institution assigns the vehicle you drive, and its administrator can switch on-demand dispatch off for your account. What every Jaser driver gets • You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code sent by SMS, with no password. • Registration collects your name, your national ID or Iqama, and an IBAN for your earnings, along with your vehicle details, its registration and its photos, which the Jaser team reviews before approval. You can add or change your profile photo from your profile at any time. • You receive on-demand ride offers one at a time, and you either accept an offer or decline it so it passes to the next driver. • You can also accept scheduled bookings alongside immediate rides. • You follow turn-by-turn navigation with voice guidance built on the Google Navigation SDK, on a live map showing the route and the pickup and drop-off points, and guidance keeps running in the background during a trip. • You talk to the rider in a one-to-one chat inside the app, with report and block controls. • You see an earnings summary showing what you are owed for your completed rides, how many rides that covers, and any amount still under review. If you drive for an institution, your earnings are managed by it. • You read rider ratings and your overall average. • You drive in the supported vehicle classes: sedan/GMC, van, bus, and luxury. • You use the app in Arabic or English, on a right-to-left first interface. During a trip the app uses your location, including in the background, for navigation and to show the rider where you are.
