TOURNOI - Tournament Manager

The TOURNOI app was designed for organizers of sports and recreational events seeking a simple solution to manage their competitions. Whether for head-to-head duels or team-based events, you can control every stage of the tournament—from start to finish—right up to the announcement of the winner. Tournament Creation and Tracking: • Quick setup with mandatory Name and Location fields, including automatic duplicate detection. • Clear status indicators (Start here!, Match in progress…, MATCH FINISHED!). Flexible Player Management: • Add players manually or easily import pre-saved lists. • Initial lives system: Set the starting number of lives for each player, with dynamic relative adjustments applied to all players if the base value changes. • Save frequently used player lists and perform quick batch deletions. Special Rules and Fair Play: • "Star" Rule: Offers special protection to regular players, who do not lose a life upon their first defeat against a "Star" player. • "Bye" System: Assign bye rounds automatically (optimized for fairness) or manually, ensuring no player receives a second bye until everyone else has had one. • Late Registration: Option to add participants (starting with one less life) before the second round begins. Smooth and dynamic round progression: • Smart matchmaking: Automatic player pairing that avoids consecutive rematches between the same players, featuring a flexible option to swap players between matches before finalizing the round lineup. • Intuitive score entry: - Click on each winner in the list to record results. - Instantly view round summaries detailing remaining lives, protected players, and eliminated players. Multi-format reporting and sharing: • At the end of each round, results can be emailed to all registered tournament players, allowing them to track the tournament's progress in real time. Export and share results and rankings in three convenient formats: • HTML: Detailed tournament report including winners' photos. • HTML: Visually appealing report featuring tables, icons, and winners' photos. • CSV: Structured data compatible with Excel. Ad-free version available on Google Play (secure payment). (Available in French and English)
