Marco

Marco puts your company's banking account in your pocket. Check balances, review transactions and sign off on payments from your phone instead of waiting until you're back at your desk. This app is a companion to the Marco web platform, built for people whose company already banks with Marco. You sign in with the same email, password and two-factor code you use on the web. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Balances at a glance See the available balance for every currency your company holds, plus a combined total across currencies. • Your transaction history Browse incoming and outgoing activity, and open any movement to see its amount, currency, type, status and date. • Payment approvals on the go Transfer requests raised on the Marco web platform land in your Approvals tab. Each one shows the beneficiary, the amount leaving your account, the amount your beneficiary receives, the fee, the exchange rate and the reference — so you can make an informed decision, not a blind one. Approve it, or reject it with a reason. • Your company's approval rules, unchanged Approval permissions and thresholds come straight from your company's Marco configuration. Only designated approvers can sign off, only above the amount your company has configured, and nobody can approve a request they created themselves. There is nothing to set up separately in the app. • More than one company If you're a user on several companies at Marco, switch between them from the account menu. SECURITY • Two-factor authentication on every sign-in, using the authenticator app you already use with Marco • Optionally trust your own device to skip the code next time • Session credentials stored in the iOS Keychain and the Android Keystore, never in plain text • All traffic encrypted in transit • Every approval requires an explicit confirmation naming the amount and the beneficiary before any money moves WHAT YOU'LL NEED An active Marco account with banking enabled, and two-factor authentication already set up. Accounts are opened, banking is enabled and two-factor authentication is configured on the Marco web platform — none of those can be done from this app. The app also does not create transfer requests: it approves or rejects requests raised on the web.
