Full description
Find the restaurants your favourite food YouTubers actually visited. You watch a food vlogger try an incredible dish, and then you forget which restaurant it was — or you never learn whether it's anywhere near you. MapTheBite fixes that. Every restaurant on the map has been featured in a YouTube food video, with a link back to the video that covered it. What you can do • Explore the map — see featured restaurants around you, each pinned to its real location. • Search by dish — craving biryani, ramen, or dosa? Search the dish and see who serves it nearby. • Filter by channel — follow a specific food vlogger? Show only the places they've featured. • Filter by cuisine and dietary preference — narrow the map to what you actually eat. • Watch the source video — tap through to the YouTube video that featured any restaurant. • Navigate there — open any restaurant directly in Google Maps. • Use your location — centre the map on where you are and find something to eat right now. How it works MapTheBite watches food and travel channels on YouTube, identifies the restaurants and dishes featured in their videos, and places them on a map you can search and filter. No accounts, no sign-up — open the app and start exploring. Also available on the web at mapthebite.com
