Maple Runbook is a practical offline field companion for backyard sugarmakers and small sugarbush crews. Keep your season organized from the first tap to the final bottle. Build a local tree roster with trunk diameter, recommended tap count, and active status. Record each collection with gallons, tree count, weather, and clarity notes. Use the boil planner to estimate syrup yield across different sap-to-syrup ratios, then save batches to your history. The season desk brings everything together with sap totals, syrup totals, yield per tap, collection counts, and your observed average ratio. A concise field guide covers conservative tapping, freeze–thaw conditions, clean collection, safe outdoor boiling, density-based finishing, and end-of-season care. All records stay on your device and remain available without a connection. Starter data makes every screen useful from the first launch, and the season can be reset whenever you are ready to begin fresh.
