Starting Point — Discipleship

Starting Point helps churches and ministry teams run discipleship programmes at scale — from a single facilitator with five converts to a network of campuses with hundreds of new believers. 🙋 FOR FACILITATORS Open the app and immediately see who needs a follow-up today. Converts are sorted by urgency — those never contacted appear first, then overdue, then on-track — so you always know where to start. ✅ Log follow-ups by phone, WhatsApp, SMS, email, physical visit, or church visit ✅ Work offline — all data is saved locally and syncs when you reconnect ✅ Log a follow-up for a branch colleague's convert if they're absent ✅ Set reminders when a convert asks you to call back at a specific time ✅ Track which session each convert is on and celebrate milestones ✅ Scan visitor cards with your camera — no manual typing 📋 FOR ADMINS & PASTORS Get a real-time view of your entire discipleship pipeline. See who's active, who's stuck, and which facilitators need support. ✅ Assign new converts to facilitators (manual or auto-assign) ✅ Import from CSV or email ✅ Multi-branch support — manage every campus from one login ✅ Send SMS, WhatsApp, and email notifications in bulk ✅ Analytics dashboard: session completion, baptism candidates, facilitator performance ✅ Full audit trail — every follow-up is timestamped and logged 📶 OFFLINE-FIRST DESIGN Starting Point is built for the real world. Follow-ups queued offline are synced automatically the moment connectivity returns. Branch convert lists are cached monthly so facilitators always have the data they need, even in low-signal environments. 🔒 SECURE & PRIVACY-CONSCIOUS Role-based access ensures facilitators only see their own converts. Sensitive contact details are hidden automatically when a convert's status changes. Minor converts include guardian fields to keep safeguarding information in one place.
