Every recruit has real attributes (aim, game sense, clutch, comms), a tier from 1 to 10, stamina to manage, and a role specialty that changes how they behave in a match. DRAW THE TACTICS The Playbook is the heart of the game. Draw routes on every map, set sightlines, timings, crawls and waits, choose your bomb-site priority and your opening tempo, then save multiple plans per map and pick one before the match.
