Ditch & Dump

**Ditch & Dump: Brain Dump App** is the app that forgets on purpose. Most apps want you to store everything forever. Ditch & Dump is different. It helps you get thoughts out of your head, hold them briefly, and let them go when they no longer need to be carried. Dump what’s on your mind, then sort it into three simple paths: • Worries • Ideas • Tasks Tasks expire at midnight, so your checklist does not become a museum of unfinished guilt. Worries return after 3 days for reflection, helping you notice what truly mattered and what your mind was ready to release. Ideas are saved as sparks in your Idea Vault, so useful thoughts still have a place without cluttering everything else. Ditch & Dump is not built to make you endlessly organized. It is built to make your brain quieter. What Ditch & Dump helps you do: • Capture raw thoughts quickly • Sort worries, ideas, and tasks • Let daily tasks expire • Reflect on worries after time has passed • Save ideas in a private Idea Vault • Set a Daily Reminder to make space for your thoughts • Use the Quick Dump home-screen widget for faster capture • Start a new dump, open Ideas, or view Tasks from app shortcuts • Track clarity insights and daily streaks • Use a weekly streak freeze to protect your progress • Celebrate dump and streak milestones • Share moments of clarity with a beautiful branded card • Export and import your local data • Use optional app lock for extra privacy Ditch & Dump is offline-first. Your thoughts, ideas, tasks, reflections, and checklists are stored locally on your device. No account is required. Ditch & Dump Pro unlocks extra features such as ad-free use, more task and checklist freedom, biometric app lock, and JSON export. Ditch & Dump is not a medical or therapy app. It is a personal productivity and wellbeing tool for people who overthink, carry too much in their heads, and want a calmer way to process daily mental noise.
