iGeo

iGeo is a property app for land buyers and sellers, built around a map — so you can judge a land by where it is, not just by the photos. WHY THE MAP MATTERS With land, location decides most of the value. Every listing on iGeo is plotted where it actually sits, so before you spend a day travelling out to view a plot you can see what surrounds it: the highways and roads it connects to, the water bodies and open land beside it, and the localities and landmarks nearby. That context is the difference between a price on a page and a decision you can actually reason about. WHAT YOU CAN DO Browse on a map Pan and zoom to load listings in view, or search near where you are standing. Search near you Find plots within a radius of any point on the map. Plan a route Pick two points and see the properties along the way. Save what you like Keep a shortlist and come back to it from any device you sign in on. List your own property Add a listing with photos and video, set a price, type and location, and reach buyers directly. Agricultural, residential, industrial or commercial. Talk to the other side Message a lister or an interested buyer inside the app, so an enquiry does not get lost in a phone call. BUILT WITH PRIVACY IN MIND Photos you upload have their hidden metadata removed before they are stored. A photo taken on a phone normally carries the exact GPS coordinates of where it was taken — iGeo strips that out, so listing a property does not publish where you live. Your email address, phone number and date of birth are never shown to other users. PERMISSIONS Location — to show properties near you and to plan routes. You can decline it and still browse. Camera and photos — only to attach images to a listing or set a profile photo. iGeo does not sell your personal information and does not use it for advertising. Questions or support: [email protected]
