MACTP Investigation

MACTP Investigation helps motor accident claim investigators and insurance advocates prepare their case work. Draft a written statement answering a claim petition, take photos stamped with place and time, and issue reports on your own letterhead. WRITTEN STATEMENTS • Upload the claim petition as a PDF or photograph its pages. The app reads out each paragraph for you to answer. • Mark each paragraph admitted, denied, partly admitted or not known, then write your reply. AI can suggest a draft for you to review and edit. • Choose special pleas: procedural, policy, vehicle and documents, negligence, quantum and interest. Their wording follows the case facts you enter. • Find judgments that support your pleas. Check every judgment before citing it, because AI can produce a citation that does not exist. • Prepare the statement in Hindi or English, and download it as a PDF or an editable Word file. GEO CAMERA • Stamps each photo with the place, date and time it was taken. • Works without an account. LETTERHEADS AND ADDRESSEES • Save your investigator details, seal, signature and stamp once and reuse them on every report. • Keep a list of insurance company offices so the addressee block is filled in for you. WALLET • The app is free to download, and the geo camera is free. • Written statements are charged per statement from a prepaid wallet. Recharge through Razorpay, and see every charge in your transaction history. The app is available in English and Hindi. Written statements, letterheads and the wallet need a MACTP Investigation account. PLEASE NOTE MACTP Investigation is an independent, privately run tool. It is not a government app, and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for any government department, court or Motor Accident Claims Tribunal. It does not file anything with a court. Drafts are a starting point: review them carefully, and take legal advice where needed, before filing.
