My Town Savings Box

"Skipped the convenience store." "Came in under my food budget this month." That money becomes construction budget, and your town grows. No real money moves. You just record it. Free, works offline, no account needed. NOTE ON LANGUAGE The app's interface is in Japanese, and amounts are shown in Japanese yen. It is built around tapping and watching, so it is easy to follow visually, but there is no English UI yet. ■ Log what you skipped, build a town Twelve one-tap buttons such as "Skipped convenience store", "Cooked at home" and "Skipped a taxi". What you log becomes budget for houses, shops, parks and a station. ■ Kakeibo: compare with your usual self Log what you spend, and the gap between your budget and your spending becomes your savings. - Set up by entering roughly what you spent last month. From the second month, your past average is suggested. - Food, socializing, hobbies, clothes and beauty, daily goods, transport, phone and subscriptions - A "No spending today" button - Rent and utilities can be logged but are not counted as savings You can still log only what you skipped, as before. ■ How you place shops matters The more people live nearby, the busier your shops get. - Shops earn more with houses next to them - Houses pay more tax next to parks and the station - Any building can be demolished and rebuilt elsewhere Making the most of limited land is the puzzle. ■ Watch it grow As your population grows, the town moves up from Empty Lot to Hamlet, Town, City and Metropolis. New land opens up and new buildings unlock. Residents walk the streets, enter buildings and move on to the next one. ■ Daily requests and monuments Every day a resident asks for something: "A cafe nearby would be nice" or "Could you skip snacks today?" Grant it and get a reward. Reach a savings goal, like "120,000 yen for a trip to Okinawa", and a monument with that name is built in your town. ■ Look back - This week's and this month's totals, and the change from before - A breakdown by category; tap one to see just those entries - A dated calendar you can page back month by month - Your daily average, and where you would be in a year at this pace - A list of the goals you have reached ■ Built so you can keep going - Missing a day does not reset your streak - Entries can be edited later: amount, date and category - Forgot to log something? Backdate entries up to 30 days ■ Your data stays on your device - No sign-up, no login - Records are stored only on this device and are never sent anywhere - Export a backup to a single file and load it on another device.
