Maat helps you notice patterns without turning journaling into another source of pressure. Build meaningful habits Try guided, multi-day challenges for gratitude, resilience, relationships, self-discovery and other areas of life. Use the Maat Score as a private baseline across eight life areas and revisit it when you want to see what changed. Private by design Journal entries are end-to-end encrypted with a key derived from your recovery phrase. If you enable sync, the server stores encrypted content. You can export your data and delete entries or your account. Voice recordings are sent securely for transcription and deleted after processing. Optional AI features process the content needed to provide the feature. Maat does not sell your data or use it for advertising.
