Poudra — Snow Removal

Poudra is the app for snow removal and grounds maintenance operators in the field. You sign in with an account your employer gives you — there is no sign-up in the app. If your company isn't using Poudra yet, the office signs up at poudra.ca. Your Route, In Order Open the app and you see your stops, in the order you do them. The next one stands out. The customer's access notes — the garage door, the obstacle, the special request — show up before you pull into the driveway. Three Taps, With Gloves On Arrive: the time is recorded, along with your phone's position. Take the before and after photos, in one tap. Leave. That's it. Big buttons, dark mode for night work, and nothing that needs a keyboard. Navigation and calling are handed to the apps already on your phone. It Works With No Signal Out on a rural road, in an underground lot, in a dead zone: your check-ins, photos and reports stay on the phone and send themselves once the signal comes back. You can always see where each one stands, and nothing is lost. When Things Don't Go As Planned Car not moved, blocked access, damage, soaked ground: report it in two taps, with a photo. The office sees it right away, and the customer can be told. A stop you couldn't do gets said — it doesn't just vanish. What The Office Sees While you work, your dispatcher follows the route on a map and can send you a note about a stop. You answer in one tap. Summer Too Mowing, edging, blowing, leaves: the scheduled services arrive already checked; you only uncheck what you didn't do. Your Privacy Location tracking runs only during your shift, between the moment you start it and the moment you end it. Never outside. Never at home.
