PetVitality Pet Health Tracker

PetVitality is a pet health tracker for dogs and cats, designed by veterinarians and built around what actually gets asked in the exam room: when was the last seizure, how much has the weight changed since spring, which vaccine is due. Nobody can hold all of that in their head. A good pet health tracker holds it for you, and it does the calculating. Dog and cat health records in one place: Each pet gets a profile with weight, active medications and the next treatment due on the front page. What the health tracker follows * Seizure tracker: log each seizure in under a minute with a timer and video. PetVitality calculates the seizure-free streak, a regularity score and an estimated window for the next seizure. For owners of epileptic dogs, this is the feature that changes how they plan their lives. * Heat cycle tracker: average cycle, regularity and a forecast for the next heat with a date window you can add to your calendar. * Weight tracker: quick weigh-ins in kg or lb, food changes marked on the chart so you can see whether the new diet worked, and an evaluation of the trend against your pet's breed and age. Works as a puppy growth chart too. * Stool tracker and vomiting log: a 1 to 7 stool scale with photos, vomiting frequency with a warning when it clusters. * Allergy tracker: symptom severity over time, so seasonal patterns become visible instead of remembered. * Heart rate and breathing rate counter: tap along with each breath or beat, checked against normal ranges for dogs and cats. * Mood, energy, diary entries, photos and documents, per pet. Every tracker exports as a PDF. Bring it to the consultation or send it ahead. From the clinic side of the table, a clean seizure log or weight chart changes the quality of the decisions that get made, and that is the standard these reports are built to. Medication reminder and vaccine tracker * Vaccines, flea and tick treatments, dewormers and dental care, with the next due date on the front page and a reminder before it lapses. * Medication reminder with dose schedules and plain-language information about each medicine. * Routines: walks, feeding, tooth brushing, nail trims and vet visits, as repeating reminders. For when things go wrong * Chocolate toxicity calculator using your dog's actual weight and the type of chocolate, with clear guidance for each risk level and a button to call your vet. * Emergency guides and articles written by veterinarians. Pet sitter instructions: Health status, emergency contacts, feeding, medication, exercise, behaviour and house rules, exported as one PDF with your pet's photo on it. This is free for everyone, because a well-informed sitter is better for every pet. Most veterinary decisions depend on the information the owner brings to the appointment. PetVitality exists to make that information good. Questions or suggestions: [email protected]
