Lydoh answers your phone line, day and night, and puts everything it heard in your pocket. Read who called and why, then ring them back from your Lydoh number, so your own number stays yours. FOR A PRACTICE, AND THE DOCTOR ON CALL Your Lydoh number picks up when the office cannot. It greets the caller, answers what it can from what you have taught it, and takes down the rest: who called, what they want, and whether it is urgent. All of it lands in this app. When a patient asks to speak with you after hours, that request arrives here as a notification. Open it, read the brief, and tap Call back. Lydoh rings your phone first, then bridges you to the caller with the practice number as the caller ID. Your mobile number is never shown and never given out. Close the request with a note when you are done. Every call is here too, newest first, with the transcript turn by turn, Lydoh's summary, and the recording when one was kept. After-hours and transferred calls are marked. Overview gives you the day at a glance: calls today, calls this month, what is still waiting, and any setup you have not finished. For medical practices and med spas, the On-call screen shows who is on call now, the week ahead, the escalation log, and every setting behind it. FOR A BUSY PERSON, WITH LYDOH PERSONAL Open the app and text Lydoh what you need. It makes the call. Book the car in for its service. Get a table Friday at seven. Ask the shop whether the part came in. Cancel Thursday's appointment. You write one message in plain words, with the window that works and what you are willing to spend, and Lydoh calls during business hours, stays inside your limits, reads the booking back before it hangs up, and tells you what it got. You can send a photo with your message, a bill or an appointment card, and it will read what it needs from it. The same Lydoh answers your personal line. Unknown numbers get screened and a message comes back to you. The people you mark as VIPs ring straight through. Up to twenty tasks a month on the Personal plan. Calls go out Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM in your timezone, to US numbers, three attempts at most, and then Lydoh stops and tells you. It does not pay for anything, does not hand over a card number, does not verify your identity on your accounts, does not agree to terms, and does not give medical, legal, or financial advice.
