Luxera Driver

Welcome to the LUXERA driver team. LUXERA Driver is the working app for chauffeurs contracted to PRESTIGE TRAVEL SDN. BHD., a private chauffeur and executive transfer company in Kuala Lumpur. Everything you need for a shift sits in one place: your jobs, your route, your records and your earnings. Please note: this is not a booking app for passengers, and there is no public sign-up. Accounts are created by our dispatch team for drivers under contract with us. Your jobs, in one list • Assignments arrive from dispatch with the customer, the pickup, the destination and any stops along the way • Accept or decline in one tap, with your reason recorded • Take unassigned jobs from the shared pool • A planner for what is coming up, and a reminder before each booking so you are never caught out Everything you need on the road • The route to your pickup, then on to the destination, on one map • One tap to hand over to Waze • Log each stage as it happens: standby, passenger on board, stops, drop-off • A photo at each stage, stamped with the date, time and address, so a question weeks later is settled in seconds Your hours and your money • Clock in and out with a selfie • Today, this month and last month, with the commission shown job by job • Reward points, with every adjustment itemised • Your monthly mileage, so you always know where you stand on fuel subsidy Looking after your passenger • If a passenger turns on Safety Escort from their tracking link, the app records audio for the rest of the trip. A notification stays on screen for as long as it is recording. Recordings are kept for 30 days, then deleted. Permissions, and what each one is for • Location — shared with dispatch while you are on duty, and with your passenger through their tracking link. A notification stays up the whole time, and sharing stops the moment you clock off. • Camera — trip photos and clock-in selfies. • Microphone — only while Safety Escort is running. • Notifications — new jobs, and reminders before a booked pickup. You can turn any of these down and still use the rest of the app. The feature that needs it simply will not run. LUXERA PRESTIGE TRAVEL SDN. BHD. (Co.
