Crustly

Crustly is a warm, quiet companion for sourdough and slow bread. Whether you are keeping a lively starter alive or chasing the perfect open crumb, Crustly helps you stay on top of every loaf — without accounts, ads, or an internet connection. Keep your starter happy. Give your starter a name and tap Feed each time you refresh it. Crustly shows a living jar that rises to its peak and falls again over the hours since its last feeding, so you always know when it is ready to bake. A wheat-stalk streak rail tracks your feeding consistency day by day. Bake with confidence. Follow hand-written recipes for country boules, seeded bâtards, deli rye, focaccia, milk buns and an easy overnight no-knead. Each recipe includes a full ingredient list and a stage-by-stage bake timeline — autolyse, bulk ferment, shape, proof and bake — with a built-in per-stage timer that walks you through the whole process. Dial in your dough. The baker's ratio calculator turns flour, water, starter and salt in grams into live hydration, salt percentage and total dough weight, with one-tap presets for classic ratios. Remember every loaf. Log each bake with a five-star crumb rating, a crumb-openness tag and a personal note. A weekly chart and simple stats show your baking rhythm at a glance, and swipe to remove any entry. Everything stays on your device. Crustly collects nothing, sends nothing and works fully offline. Light and dark themes included. Happy baking.
