LumiBus is the working app for bus depot teams. It replaces the paper 24-hour sheet, the running repairs book and the wheel nut book with one live view that engineers, allocators and managers share. 24-HOUR SHEET See every bus in the depot with its fitness, open faults and marked run types. Mark a bus fit or unfit, tag a running number, and hand over cleanly at each shift changeover. RUNNING REPAIRS Log a fault in seconds, with a photo and the bus's location. Sort by severity, action it, resolve it, or transfer it to the 24-hour sheet at changeover. RUNOUT Every running number for the day, with the bus on it, the departure time and whether it has left. WHEEL NUT BOOK Torque sessions with wrench calibration tracking and out-of-compliance alerts. NOTIFICATIONS Get told when a critical fault is raised, a bus goes unfit, or a servicing falls overdue.
