L’application parentale Ludocare®️ est une application mobile certifiée Agence du Numérique en Santé. Elle est conçue pour accompagner les parents d’enfants âgés de 3 à 11 ans atteints d’asthme persistant, dans le cadre de la Thérapie Digitale JOE, un dispositif médical numérique prescrit par un professionnel de santé. La Thérapie Digitale JOE se compose de deux éléments connectés : - Cette application parentale Ludocare®️ pour le paramétrage et le suivi en temps réel des traitements médicaux de votre enfant, - Un compagnon de santé connecté, JOE, pour votre enfant, favorisant son apprentissage et son observance. L’application Ludocare®️ s’adapte au quotidien des familles et vous permet de : - Paramétrer des différents traitements prescrits par le médecin (posologie, mode d’administration...) - Personnaliser des horaires de prises selon l’agenda familial - Suivre l’activité des prises de traitements à distance - Éditer des rapports mensuels - Partager l’accès de l’application à toute personne de confiance La Thérapie Digitale JOE : - Renforce l’observance thérapeutique et la régularité des prises - Soutient l’apprentissage des bons gestes des dispositifs d’inhalation - Eduque à la bonne technique d’inhalation - Réduit la charge mentale des parents et accompagnants dans la gestion quotidienne de l’asthme L’application Ludocare s’adapte aux spécificités de chaque enfant, en intégrant une prise en charge personnalisée et globale, centrée sur le quotidien des familles. La Thérapie Digitale JOE (UDI : 3770028969JOEAW) est un dispositif médical de classe I, conforme aux du Règlement (UE) 2017/745 et détient un marquage CE. Le Dispositif Médical Numérique, Thérapie Digitale JOE, est indiqué dans le contrôle de l'asthme chez les enfants présentant un asthme persistant et âgés de 3 à 11 ans. L’utilisation du produit est sous la responsabilité du responsable légal. Cette application ne se substitue pas à un avis médical. Son usage se fait uniquement dans le cadre d’une prescription médicale valide. La société LUDOCARE (SRN : FR-MF-000033886), basée au 7 chemin du Randin 69130 Écully en France, est certifiée : ISO/IEC 27001:2022, 13485 et ANS (certificat de sécurité et d’interopérabilité).
