Klin Agent

Klin Agent is the companion app for staff working at car washes on the Klin Wheels platform. If you're an agent at a Klin Wheels car wash, this app helps you manage your daily appointments, availability, and customer bookings from your phone. KEY FEATURES Booking Management — See all incoming booking requests in one place. Accept or decline requests, view full booking details including service, date, time, duration, location, payment type, and pricing, and stay on top of your schedule. Slot & Availability Management — Add, update, or delete your available time slots so customers can only book you when you're free. Keep your calendar accurate and avoid double bookings. QR Check-In — Scan a customer's booking QR code to instantly pull up their booking details, no manual lookup needed. Secure Booking Completion — Mark bookings as complete using a one-time PIN (OTP) shared with the customer, ensuring services are verified before they're marked done. For pay-after-service bookings, collect payment directly from the customer. Booking History — Review your full history of completed, cancelled, and past bookings, along with customer reviews and ratings. Leave Requests — Submit leave requests directly through the app when you're unavailable to take bookings. Notifications — Get real-time push notifications for new booking requests, cancellations, and updates so you never miss an appointment. Profile Management — Update your profile photo, name, and details, and switch between multiple supported languages. Direct Customer Contact — Call customers directly from the booking details screen when you need to coordinate service details or location. GETTING STARTED Klin Agent is exclusively for staff added by a registered Klin Wheels car wash business. If you work at a car wash and don't have login credentials, ask your manager to add you as an agent through the Klin Wheels Provider App. Car wash business owners can register their business at klin.africa. Klin Agent helps you stay organized, respond to customers faster, and deliver a smoother car wash experience from booking to completion.
