Student Attendance System

The student attendance registration system at universities performs several basic functions: Automatically generate student IDs that contain the barcode and add a photo of the student. Register attendance via barcode. Communication between the application and the system is through barcodes. It is fast and smooth to use. Easy to use graphical interface. Create complete and comprehensive reports with the click of a button. Export data and reports to PDF. Sort data by date. Comprehensive statistics for attendance and absence. Preparing weekly, monthly, annual and ad-hoc attendance reports. Uploading PDF files, images, or text information, with the ability to be accessed by students within the lecture without an Internet connection. Easy access to data. The system contains 4 accounts (manager, professor, employee, student). The administrator can manage all the data in the system such as adding students and professors. The professor manages student attendance and prepares attendance and absence reports and statistics without the need to reach out to other departments. The employee can receive and examine students’ identities to verify their authenticity and reveal whether they are fake or real. The student account works in online mode only for universities, where the barcode can be viewed and attendance recorded through it without the professor’s intervention. An easy and responsive system for computers and mobile devices (Android and iPhone). College management. Department management. Class schedule management. Course material management. Professor data management. Student data management. Attendance data management. Ability to manually add and delete student attendance. Change student stages or classes with the click of a button. Create backup copies of data and settings and restore them at any time. And many other features.
