PizzaOS

PizzaOS is the all-in-one operating system for your pizzeria. Designed by and for pizzaiolos, it replaces messy paper notes and guesswork with a precise, intuitive tablet app that runs your entire kitchen. STOCK FOLLOW-UP (HOME SCREEN) Open the app and instantly see all your ingredients, stock levels, and low-stock alerts. Quick restock with one tap, adjust costs, and set alert thresholds. Always know what you have and what you need to order. PREPARATION WITH PLANNED QUANTITIES Before you start, tell PizzaOS how many pizzas of each type you’re making. It checks total stock, warns if anything is missing, and then guides you step by step through every single pizza. Each step shows the ingredient, exact quantity, and a big button to move forward-stock is deducted automatically so your inventory is always up to date. COST CONTROL & REVENUE A dedicated screen tracks your food cost per pizza, total batch cost, and potential revenue. See your gross margin, compare recipes, and analyse past production batches. Know exactly how profitable each Margherita or Diavola is. RECIPE MANAGEMENT & LIVE COOKING Edit recipes, add or remove steps, and drag to reorder them. Adjust ingredient quantities and see the cost update in real time. While your team is cooking, the Live Cooking view shows the current step of every pizza in progress—tap any one to jump right into its preparation. DARK KITCHEN INTERFACE Built for the heat and pace of a real kitchen: large touch targets, high-contrast dark theme, and optional haptic feedback so you can feel each step completion without looking. Whether you run a small pizzeria or a busy restaurant, PizzaOS brings precision, consistency, and control to your pizza-making. Download now and turn your tablet into the true operating system of your pizzeria.
