PARA TÉCNICOS - Consulta los servicios asignados con dirección, equipo y detalles del trabajo. - Recibe notificaciones cuando se te asigna un nuevo servicio. - Toma fotos de evidencia antes y después del trabajo. - Recaba la firma de conformidad del cliente directamente en el celular. - Registra tus viáticos y gastos del servicio. - Consulta manuales y catálogos de refacciones desde campo. - Comparte tu ubicación mientras vas en camino, para que el cliente sepa cuándo llegas. PARA CLIENTES - Solicita nuevos servicios desde la app. - Da seguimiento al estado de tus servicios en tiempo real. - Ve en el mapa cuando el técnico va en camino. - Consulta el historial de servicios de tus equipos, con fotos y reportes.
