LotTrack Pro Live

Buy at auction, track repairs, sell for profit. LotTrack Pro gives independent auto dealers and small dealerships a complete system to manage their vehicle inventory from acquisition to sale. Kanban Board See every vehicle at a glance. Move cars through customizable stages with a tap — Acquired, In Transit, Inspection, In Repair, Ready, Listed, and Sold. Know exactly where each vehicle stands and how long it's been there. Smart Vehicle Entry Add vehicles fast. Scan a VIN barcode, snap a photo of an auction receipt for AI-powered data extraction, or enter details manually. NHTSA VIN lookup auto-fills make, model, and year instantly. Cost & Repair Tracking Log every dollar spent — purchase price, auction fees, transport, parts, and labor. Track repair jobs with status and before/after photos, and add late bills even after the sale. Always know your true total invested. Close Sales & Track Profit Record the sale price, attach the bill of sale, link a buyer, and see your net profit instantly. The P&L breakdown shows every cost line item so you know exactly where your money went and what you earned. Dashboard & Analytics Real-time KPIs at your fingertips — active inventory count, total invested, month-to-date profit, and average days to sell. Spot overdue listings before they become a problem. Buyer CRM Keep track of your buyers with contact info, purchase history, and total spend. Link buyers to vehicles when closing a sale for a complete record. Photo Management Take photos with the in-app camera for each vehicle and repair job. Photos are organized by vehicle, viewable in a gallery with pinch-to-zoom, rotation, and sharing as image or PDF. Document Storage Upload titles, bills of sale, registrations, and other documents. Everything stays organized and accessible per vehicle. Audit Trail Full history of every action — vehicle created, stage changed, cost added, sale closed. A complete record of your operation. Push Notifications Stay informed with alerts for stage changes and cost thresholds. Never miss an important update. CSV Export Export your inventory list and financial reports as CSV for your accountant or your own records. Offline Support Works without internet. Changes sync automatically when you're back online — perfect for auction lots with spotty reception. Use It Anywhere One subscription covers Android and the web app at app.lottrackerpro.app — manage your lot from your phone at the auction or your desktop at the office. Available in English, Spanish, and Russian. Pricing LotTrack Pro is $29.99/month or $249.99/year (save 30%), with a 2-month free trial for new subscribers. Every feature included — unlimited vehicles and photos, AI document scanning, audit trail, notifications, and CSV export. Cancel anytime. Built for independent dealers, wholesale buyers, and small used car lots who want to stop tracking inventory in spreadsheets and start running a real operation.
